This was shown at the start in a very early version of Glider, I thought it was very naughty indeed and it made me restart the game lots.
Oh my, nakedness in Oblivion! This was discovered in the PC version. Apparently, Bethesda quickly covered the females up with tops before release in order to get a... whatever rating they wanted, but ofcourse it wasn't long before modders got their kit off and another Hot Coffee incident occured. It was fixed in later versions.
A previous TES game, Daggerfall, was actually drenched in female nudity (I'm sure I'll post screens of such later) and I was dissapointed about the lack of it in Morrowind and would have welcomed it back Oblivion! Oh well.
The above less is Delphi, a member of the Sea Reaper race in Giants: Citizen Kabuto and also one of the main characters. She was originally going to be topless (along with the others of her race) but unfortuantely the game was censored before release, placing a bikini top on our dear Delphi and cutting out some of the blood and swearing. Luckily, removing the top was a simple matter!
Oh 'eck, those crazy cats at Rockstar are at it again. Actually, this was before the Hot Coffee fiasaco so was ignored by pretty much everyone. Remeber that shower scene in Max Payne 2? Well you didn't see anything there, but they went ahead and made a fully nude model for it anyway, and it can be easily unlocked for the missions where you play as her. She seems to be suffereing from Barbie syndrome and lacking the genital facilities of a real woman, though. They should have gave her a landing strip to disguise it!
This lovely lass here is Elexis Sinclaire, the main villian in SiN. What? A beautiful(?) lady as a villian? How delightfully dedacant. I think she was the main villian, I actually only played the demo but it was pretty amazing. It was what I imagine Duke Nukem Forever to have been like if it were actually released, but I hear the level design becomes very boring very quickly which is sad.
ANYWAY, the creators were nice enough to include a nude Elexis skin right in the game! Not only that, but there was a secret where you could found Elexis fooling around with her plumbing, if you catch my drift. If you don't believe me, here is video proof:

This is a scene found early on in REX NEBULAR AND THE COSMIC GENDER BENDER. I remember when I first saw this, I was like 8 and it was like HOLY CRAP, A TOPLESS CHICK. You could only watch it once so I made a save just before it so I can check out those pixels as much as I liked. There was totally a sex scene too, but it was under the covers. The game itself was actually pretty fun; a well made adventure game about bounty hunter crash landing on a planet only inhabited by women who either want to kill him or sex him up. And there is a device you use to change yourself to a woman which is needed to solve some puzzles, it was rad.
The above two shots are from NOCTROPOLIS, another adventure game. Design wise it was decent, but I liked the setting. It was like SIN CITY crossed with BATMAN and a comic was even included with the game! The shot on the left was at the start when you're sitting at home and suddenly get "raped" by a succubus (you can totally see a little bit of nipple) and the shot on the right is a pointless dream sequence only there so you can see this chick topless which was fine with me. Turns out the one on the right got naked in movies all the time, though she looks the most attractive in this since all the movies has her dressed up in late 80s/early 90s outfits and hairdos jduging from the brief google image search I conducted. Oh, she's also a playboy model. I'd rather Kerri Hoskins!

Boy, people in videogames sure are boring in the sack. I guess all movie sex scenes are the same too, though. Again, I think this didn't need to get cut in the US version. It's a moment of the characters SHOWING EFFECTION AND TRUST for each other, and sex is just how they chose to express it! It was meaningful, really!! Oh, I guess I should mention that yeah, the scene is an interactive minigame.

Anyway, this game is called SINGLES which is pretty much The Sims with less depth and more smut. Yes, you didn't need a patch to reveal the rude bits in this game. In fact, the game is to get your two flat mates to go at it! While also managing their lives and arranging the furniture, of course. There was also an expansion that added a third flatmate, with sexy results! And yeah, you could have lesbian relationships, but I'm pretty sure you couldn't have guy on guy, because that's disgusting and unnatural and you're going to hell for just thinking about it.
Rings of Power was some kind of RPG that was probably a ripoff of Lord of the Rings, I don't know. What I do know is that if you press down, right, A, B, C and start on the second controller and then reseting the console, the chick in the naughty dog logo will become TOPLESS. Naughty dog, indeed!
Now this shocking! Full frontal nudity of BOTH genders on a Nintendo console! The GBA, in fact! I have no idea how the hell this got past Nintendo, I was shocked when I first saw this! The nurse who talks to you between missions is also quite saucy looking! The game is RAMPAGE WORLD TOUR, by the way. Sure, when the monsters died they all shrunk down to naked people in each game, but you never saw anything! I guess they realised nudity was that they needed to get people interested in Rampage again, which kept getting re-released in various incarnations at the time.
This here is ESTATICA, which used the graphical style of ELLIPSOIDS. I remember during an interview with NEXT GENERATION, the creator claimed this was the FUTURE OF GAMING and polygons were a thing of a past, claiming the sequel would prove this. Next Generation kinda agreed with him, though they agreed with every new exciting technology. Anyway, the game will mostly be remembered for nudity! Getting chased by a succubus on the left, naked ladies impaied on spikes on the right, and men with their junk hanging out chilling out with the ladies by the pool. ALRIGHT.
All the above are from the LEISURE SUIT LARRY games. Mostly 7. There are many more in the series, but pictures seem to be hard to find and I don't plan on playing through all of them any time soon!
